We are so excited to offer this privately owned condo to the public for the first time! This condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests (max 6 adults). The dates in 2023 that are currently available are listed below.

*Due to the furnishings of this luxury condo, it is not necessarily suitable for small children unless well supervised.
*Due to Turquoise Place regulations, no pets are allowed. If you violate this policy, you will be required to immediately vacate with no refund. Turquoise security stays keenly aware of this.

Booking Deposit: 50% due at time of booking if over 45 days in advance of arrival. 100% due if booked within 45 days of arrival.
Security Deposit: $300 - Broken items or damage to entry hall walls will cost you this expense or more. We do not rent without an inspection between rentals to protect you.
Cleaning Fee - $325
CANCELLATION POLICY
-If you cancel your reservation:
- With over 45 days remaining until your check-in date, you will receive an 80% refund of total booking price
-Between 20 and 45 days before check-in date, you will receive 50% refund of total booking price
-In less than 20 days before check-in, no refunds, but we will consider rebooking
